RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns on packages that have been opened. Please note, by this we mean; if your parcel has been opened we cannot accept a return on non faulty items due to hygiene reasons. To see if you are eligible for a return please email email@example.com.
If you believe you have received a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All complaints including items not received or damaged items must be notified within 14 days of the goods being ordered. We will not accept any responsibility for complaints made after 14 days.
If items are damaged in transit - please send clear photographic evidence of the damage to email@example.com, clearly stating the issue, your full name and order number.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you're refund is eligible, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund appears on your statement.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When making a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing before they get to us.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
It is not usually possible to cancel your order once placed and processed. However, if you do cancel an order in time; please note that we will deduct a £4.95 processing fee from your order.
Occasionally the colour shown in product imagery may differ slightly because of the resolution of the different computer screens and mobile phones. We take care when photographing every product to display the shades of the nail polishes as accurately as possible.
